At Wilfrid Laurier University, 900 guests can be housed at once. You may choose between air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned rooms with single or twin single beds. All residences are equipped with full linens, towels, soap and cup. We are proud of our residences, the amenities available, and the savings involved in using our residences versus a commercial property. Housekeeping is provided in the washrooms and common areas of each residence on a daily basis, and linens are changed every three days for those groups that are staying for longer periods of time.

All residence buildings have coin-operated laundry facilities, pay phones (except Bouckaert), and a variety of small and large lounges for registration, social gatherings or breakout rooms. All residences are close to the dining hall and academic classrooms. Parking for each residence building is close and convenient.

Bricker Residence was finished in 1991 and is the newest building on campus. The building is air-conditioned, and each of the 75 suites contains 4 single bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and dining area. Also available are a limited number of suites with handicapped facilities. Each floor has coin-operated washers and dryers. The lounge on the first floor can accommodate approximately 150 people for receptions and get-togethers and is equipped with a large kitchen with fridge, stove and microwave oven. A large screen T.V. and a games room with a pool table are also available.

Clara Conrad Residence accommodates 240 people in 4 wings. Each floor has a small lounge and kitchenette. Every individual bedroom is furnished with two comfortable single beds, two writing desks, two closets and full linens. There are a limited number of private suites, called Don's rooms, located in the building. These suites each contain one single bed and a private washroom. Clara Conrad also has a recreation lounge with a capacity of approximately 150 people which has a colour T.V. and kitchen facilities for your added convenience.

Bouckaert Residence was built in 1986 and accommodates 143 people on 5 floors. Each room has two single beds and the washroom facilities are shared with the floor. Each floor has a small lounge and kitchenette, and the main building lounge holds approximately 100 people for receptions and parties.

Little House accommodates 160 people in twin bedrooms with shared washroom facilities. Two lounges are available for reception and parties. Little House is a short walking distance from classrooms and the dining hall. Each room is furnished with two single beds, a dresser, and desk for two.
